About the Role:

A leading law firm is seeking a New Business Supervisor to oversee the new business intake process, supervise Conflicts Analysts, and support attorneys and legal assistants across multiple offices. This is a high-impact role where you'll play a key part in ensuring smooth client onboarding, managing risk, and driving efficiency within the firm's operations.
Compensation: $95,000 $120,000 annually (depending on experience) + eligibility for discretionary bonus

Skills and Experience Required:
- Strong knowledge of legal conflict search strategies and evaluation
- Applications expertise: Intapp Open, Elite 3E, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word
- Previous experience in a centralized conflicts environment (preferred, as the firm is transitioning in this direction)
- Bachelor's degree required
