Job Responsibilities
- You will maintain a safe and clean job site - interior and exterior (ie sweeping/vacuuming, rubbish removal, gardening & weed removal)
- You will Lift heavy loads up to 70 lbs as your role will include landscaping/moving rocks
- You will Climb to heights and conduct work with proper safety restraints.
- You will Dig pits/trenches and back-fill when necessary.
- In addition, you would work closely with and learn from specialty crew (Carpenters, Painters, HVAC Mechanic, Landscapers and other trades)
- You will get to operate a variety of hand and power tools of all types
Required :
- YOU MUST have one or more years of experience in construction.
- YOU MUST be Fluent in ENGLISH
- YOU MUST have your own reliable transportation to/from work site in Chatham. NJ (Not bus or train)
Base Pay based on experience/skill level, Weekly direct deposit Pay Cycle with Paid Time Off (Holidays, Vacation, Sick Leave)
- Full-Time, Monday-Friday
- 8am Start time with standard 8-hour workdays
