As a Receiving Specialist & Sales Associate, you will be responsible for managing the store's backroom operations by receiving products into the POS system, keeping products organized and accounted for, and helping process weekly pallets. You would also be in charge of processing damaged or defective products back to the Fulfillment Center, and reporting these items to the Inventory Control Team. Additionally, you would be responsible for providing every customer with a great experience. You will be expected to maintain a strong sense of product knowledge, and to provide customers with in-depth information on product features and benefits.

* We provide an outstanding shopping experience and deliver exceptional customer service. Sales Associates are responsible for hitting their daily/weekly/monthly sales goals
* Maintain store presentation according to company standards, including store housekeeping, merchandising, and retail standards. This includes the backroom and workstations.
* Maintain awareness of all product knowledge information, merchandise promotions, and advertisements set forth by the Marketing Team

* As a Receiving Specialist & Sales Associate, the planogram will be your guiding light to properly displaying monthly sales, but you will also be encouraged to use your creativity and try new ideas

Keep It Real:
* You will split your time between receiving hours and selling hours (the split will vary depending on season and/or store operational needs). You will earn your hourly base pay rate during receiving hours. During selling hours, you will have a chance to earn commission, on a tiered structure based on meeting your sales goals
