Landscape Construction Foreman

As a Landscape Construction Foreman, you will oversee the daily operations of your crew, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Hiring a general landscape construction foreman and a masonry specialist foreman.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all projects are built according to plans and specifications.
- Lead and manage a team, ensuring they are on-site and ready to work by 7am.
- Coordinate daily tasks and manage crew logistics efficiently.
- Track and report team hours using company-provided technology.
- Plan and prepare for upcoming workdays, including equipment and material needs.
- Maintain equipment, ensuring regular maintenance and reporting any issues.
- Conduct safety inspections of trucks and equipment.
- Train and mentor crew members, ensuring adherence to company processes.
- Assist in labor tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a landscaping or laborer role.
- Proficiency in operating landscape maintenance equipment.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to read and understand landscape construction plans.
- Knowledge of materials, grading, and drainage.
- Valid driver's license.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
Compensation
$30 - 40/hr
