WAREHOUSE MANAGER

Confidential Home Services Company, located in Guilford County, NC is searching for a dynamic Warehouse Manager . We are seeking someone who is goal oriented, self-motivated, and has demonstrated leadership and people development skills

Company is a well-established, full-service residential HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical Company that provides expert services. We pride ourselves on quality work, expert craftsmanship, and upholding a level of professionalism and integrity that can be compared to no other.

As Warehouse Manager, you will oversee all warehouse operations, purchase all inventory, manage the parts ordering process, and oversee the team members. We are seeking a flexible individual who can adjust and perform during varying levels of work demand, including being flexible with work hours. This position is located in Guilford County, NC!

About the Position:

• Maintain and develop a productive warehouse by hiring, training, and providing professional development for all of its associates
• Ensure integrity and confirm that cycle counts are completed daily
• Maintain security of warehouse and safety of all associates and equipment, reporting accidents, and conveying issues
• Repair and ordering of all tools for the technicians

About the Requirements:

• 5 years previous Warehouse Management experience necessary.
• HVAC and Plumbing parts knowledge preferred
• Maintain a positive, results-oriented work environment in the warehouse
• Strong decision making and coaching skills
• General knowledge of consignment inventory
• Working knowledge of DOT and OSHA regulations preferred
• Apply sound communication and motivational techniques in leading, supervising, coaching and disciplining associates
• Provide input into performance evaluations for recommending promotions, wage increases, associate development and terminations
• Strong communication skills, the ability to lead a team, sound decision making and prior supervisory experience required
• Must be able to spend extended time walking and working in a warehouse environment
• Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs. may be required
