Looking for an in person BCBA position where you can focus on quality clinical care, collaborate with a supportive team, and make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families?

One Step Forward is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team serving children throughout Salem County, New Jersey. This position offers the opportunity to provide direct clinical leadership, supervise ABA services, mentor therapists, and work closely with families while helping children build meaningful communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

We're looking for a BCBA who values collaboration, ethical practice, and individualized treatment while enjoying the support of an experienced clinical and administrative team.

What You'll Be Doing

• Provide clinical supervision and oversight of ABA therapy services

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

• Analyze treatment data and modify programming based on client progress

• Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)

• Conduct caregiver training and collaborate with families to promote skill generalization

• Support skill acquisition and behavior reduction programming

• Complete reassessments, treatment plan updates, and clinical documentation

• Ensure services are delivered according to BACB standards and insurance requirements

Schedule

• Part time position

• Primarily weekday afternoon and early evening hours

• Flexible scheduling based on client needs and your availability

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required

• Active New Jersey LBA required

• Experience developing and supervising ABA treatment programs

• Strong knowledge of skill acquisition, behavior reduction, treatment planning, and data analysis

• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

• Professional, dependable, and committed to high quality clinical care
