What You'll Do

• Experience using SAP strongly-preferred
• Operate mobile lifting equipment to organize storeroom inventory
• Oversee and coordinate activities in the storeroom and receiving that support the Garage, Maintenance and Reliability teams
• Previous Storeroom experience strongly preferred
• Storeroom responsibilities includes daily maintenance and organizationakeeping accurate records, preventing stock-outs, improving organization and facilitating maintenance processes. Store room is responsible for maintaining production materials.
• Supervise, train, and develop Storeroom/Receiving Clerks
• Maintain inventory accuracy metrics and associated reports for management
• Kit parts for work orders and seek feedback on kits
• Manage refurbish work orders inclusive of sending parts out on purchase orders, coordinating the shipping and receiving them back
• Follow up on orders past delivery
• Work with operations/maintenance to disposition obsolete parts
• Cycle count all parts to confirm accuracy based on criticality

What You'll Need

• Minimum 5 years of experience working in a warehouse or similar environment
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office: Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
• SAP inventory experience preferred
• Ability to operate a forklift
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, highly motivated, and a self-starter
• Must be able to work in an industrial environment and in varying temperatures
• Ability to work as a team player in a fast-paced environment, with excellent strong work ethic, attention to detail, and organizational skills

Your Education

• High School Diploma or GED required
