Why Join Our Team? + Penn Medicine Princeton Health (PMPH) is seeking a per diem NA (nursing assistant) to work the night shift within Princeton House Behavioral Health (PHBH). This position is within Behavioral Health Float. The NA will be floated to multiple units. + Our inpatient psychiatric services provide short-term stabilization and treatment for mental health disorders. We provide care in a secure calm environment where patients can focus on healing. Daily psychiatrist visits and around-the-clock medical supervision help patients on their journey to better mental health. Location: Princeton House Behavioral Health (905 Herrontown Road Princeton NJ). Key Roles and Responsibilities: + Assists nurses in the delivery of nursing care through participation in the nursing process. + Demonstrates regard for the dignity and respect of all patients, their families, guests and representatives of other organizations as well as fellow employees, volunteers and medical staff in support of the PMPH mission to provide consistent quality health care services in a professional, caring and responsive environment. + Will demonstrate responsibility for individual performance and efficient utilization of products, supplies, and equipment. Will utilize time to ensure the timely completion of duties and to promote financial viability through provision of services a reasonable cost. Scheduling Requirements: + Required to work one 11PM-7:30AM shift a week. What We Require for this Role: Education + H.S. Diploma/GED (required).
