Compensation:

  • Base Salary: $75,000 – $105,000 annually.
  • Discretionary Bonus Opportunity

Schedule:

  • Full-Time, In-Person
  • Based at the Bridgewater, NJ headquarters office.
  • Travel required for career fairs, hygiene school events, networking opportunities, and meetings throughout the territory as needed,

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and relationship-driven Dental Hygiene Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. This unique opportunity is ideal for a licensed Registered Dental Hygienist who is passionate about the profession and interested in helping shape the future of dental care through strategic talent acquisition.

Reporting to the Chief Talent Officer and Director of Talent, this individual will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and onboarding talented dental hygienists across a rapidly expanding organization supporting more than 160 dental practices throughout the Northeast.

The ideal candidate enjoys building relationships, networking within the dental community, and serving as an ambassador for both the profession and the organization. The Talent Acquisition team serves as a strategic partner to operations and executive leadership, helping ensure practices are staffed with exceptional clinical professionals who support outstanding patient care.

This is an exciting opportunity to transition clinical experience into a leadership-focused recruiting role while remaining deeply connected to the dental hygiene profession.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, identify, and engage qualified dental hygienist candidates through multiple recruiting channels.
  • Post and manage open positions across job boards, social media platforms, and recruiting networks.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews.
  • Coordinate interviews with operational leaders and hiring managers.
  • Present employment offers and assist candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain accurate recruiting records and candidate communications within the Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse).
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive and active hygiene candidates.
  • Partner with Talent Leadership to forecast hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies.
  • Attend hygiene school events, career fairs, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with dental hygiene programs and professional organizations.
  • Support onboarding initiatives and talent development programs.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Talent Leadership, and Executive Leadership on growth initiatives and workforce planning.

Benefits available to full-time employees working 30+ hours per week. Some benefits may also be available to part-time employees.

Qualifications:

  • Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in good standing required.
  • Minimum 2 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, onboarding, or related experience preferred.
  • Previous dental industry experience required.
  • Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Greenhouse.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to travel throughout the territory as needed.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience recruiting dental hygienists or healthcare professionals.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
  • Experience attending career fairs, school recruiting events, or professional conferences.
  • Knowledge of talent acquisition best practices and sourcing strategies.
  • Passion for supporting the growth and advancement of the dental hygiene profession.
