Job Title: Elisa Lab Technician
Job Description

Join a dynamic team as an Elisa Lab Technician, where you will play a crucial role in the production of high-quality kits in adherence to Good Manufacturing Procedures. You will ensure that all aspects of production are executed efficiently and accurately, maintaining the integrity and quality of our products.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely production of kits in accordance with Good Manufacturing Procedures, as designated by the supervisor.
• Confirm availability of raw materials for production, including chemicals, antigens, serums, and plasmas.
• Follow procedures carefully and complete them accurately in compliance with FDA requirements. Ensure all documentation is current and accurate.
• Participate in cycle counts and review kit data to ensure the production of quality, consistent products.
• Assist Technical Services in troubleshooting issues, including facilitating sample and kit testing in response to customer complaints or requirements.
• Interact with all other departments to facilitate efficient production processes.

• Proficiency in biology and laboratory techniques, including reagent preparation.
• Understanding of Good Laboratory Practices to maintain a safe working environment.
• Ability to read and follow written directions accurately.
• Basic knowledge of biology, microbiology, immunology, and aseptic techniques.
• Competence in performing basic mathematical calculations, including creating dilutions.
• Ability to operate and maintain machines such as automated plate washers, readers, and pH meters.
• Basic computer skills as required for the role.

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Biology preferred.
• Background in science with laboratory experience.

The position is based in the Elisa Department, with work hours from Monday to Thursday, 7:45 am to 4:30 pm, and Friday from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm, totaling a 35-hour work week.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Branchburg, NJ.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Branchburg,NJ.
