* Fluoroscopic Guided Spinal Injections (MBB/Facet, RFA, Epidurals); TenJet Tenotomy (can provide training)
* Regenerative Medicine Procedures (Stem Cell and PRP)
* Minimally Invasive Surgical Procedures like Discetomy and Intracept are a plus - Requires 2-4 days/month "in office" and 3-4 days/month in the ASC for procedures
- $285-325 per hour and performance based incentive package
