- Driver's License: A current, valid drivers license and Insurance

- Strong Communication Skills : Effective interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Experience (Preferred) : License and prior experience in home care are a plus.
- - Personalized Patient Care : Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility to enhance their quality of life.
- Household Support: Provide essential home care services, including changing bed linens, doing laundry, and light cleaning, to maintain a healthy living environment.
- Record Keeping : Maintain accurate records of patient conditions, progress, and concerns to ensure effective communication with the healthcare team.
- Engagement: Foster meaningful relationships with clients through conversation, reading, and engaging in activities that promote mental and emotional well-being.
- Medication Management : Remind patients about their medications to ensure adherence to prescribed treatment plans.
- Activity Assistance : Engage patients in exercises and social activities to encourage physical health and social interaction.
