Who We Need

We are looking for a Marketing Associate to support our Client Performance Team in executing marketing campaigns, managing client relationships, and ensuring seamless project coordination. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with both creative and analytical projects.

Key Responsibilities

Draft and distribute status updates, conference reports, and project summaries.
Coordinate with internal teams to develop project timelines, production schedules, and media plans.
Collaborate with media teams to ensure campaigns are executed accurately and on time.
Assist in preparing cost estimates, processing client invoices, and managing financial reconciliations.
Track and analyze competitive marketing trends, including creative strategies, media placements, and new product launches.
Maintain internal budgets, track labor hours, and generate profitability reports.
Support internal teams in marketing research and performance analytics.
Participate in strategy meetings, offering insights and creative problem-solving solutions.
Other duties as assigned.

What You Bring

Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree with 1-2 years of experience in a marketing agency or a related field.
