Compensation: 120-150K Based on Experience

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer (P.E.) with multiple years of experience in the design and delivery of building systems. This role involves managing and coordinating multi-discipline project teams, developing electrical designs, and overseeing assessments of complex facilities. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, leadership ability, and the capability to support projects for federal, state, and local government clients, including healthcare facilities, research labs, courthouses, and infrastructure projects.

What You’ll Do

• Plan, coordinate, and lead multi-discipline engineering project teams

• Conduct electrical engineering investigations and facility assessments

• Design building electrical systems including power, lighting, security, telecom, and emergency generators

• Prepare technical specifications, cost estimates, and project schedules

• Apply knowledge of electrical codes and industry standards

• Oversee construction documentation and design deliverables

• Travel as needed to client sites

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering

• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license (required)

• 8+ years of electrical engineering experience

• Proficiency in building systems design, including power, lighting, security, telecom, and emergency power systems

• Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Revit

• Medium voltage design experience preferred

• Strong leadership skills and ability to mentor junior staff

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Willingness to travel as required
