We are seeking an AI Adoption & Business Transformation Specialist to help our business and clients effectively leverage artificial intelligence across operations. This role bridges business strategy and technical execution, translating business requirements and processes into practical, AI-driven solutions that deliver measurable value.Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand goals, workflows, and pain points.
- Identify opportunities where AI and automation can improve efficiency, decision-making, and outcomes.
- Translate business requirements into clear, actionable AI use cases and process designs.
- Collaborate with technical teams or vendors to implement AI-driven solutions.
- Support change management, user adoption, and ongoing optimization of AI initiatives.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated understanding of business processes and operational workflows.
- Practical knowledge of AI, machine learning, automation, and data-driven tools.
- Ability to translate complex business needs into tactical, implementable AI solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience driving digital or AI-led transformation initiatives is a plus.
- Certifications in AI, data science, or project management are preferred but not required.
- Experience with workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, and change enablement across complex organizations.
Technical & Functional Skills
- Familiarity with AI and automation concepts (e.g., RAG frameworks, GenAI use cases, intelligent automation, data governance).
- Proficiency in documenting business processes and requirements.
- Understanding of compliance, data privacy, and regulatory frameworks affecting AI adoption in financial institutions.
Soft Skills
- Strong communication and facilitation skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and translate strategy into action.
- Analytical and structured thinking with problem-solving orientation.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple workstreams.
