Software Developer (Workday Report Writer). Multiple openings. Design, develop, and deliver of complex Workday reports and integrations used for Workday. Work directly with stake holder and lead to confirm requirements, design alternatives, and to facilitate business discussions. Work directly with internal and external customers to research, troubleshoot, and lead resolution for integration issues in a timely manner. Build relationships with internal operations resources and build frameworks to facilitate the implementation of Workday HCM system. Perform gap analysis and develop solutions for migration. Create workday reports of type Simple, Advanced, Matrix, Composite, BIRT using different data sources to match requirements in HCM Payroll, Benefits, Time and Absence. Create calculated fields like extract single instance, extract multi-instance, look up related value, Evaluate Expression, True or false conditions, Arithmetic Calculation, formatting date fields etc., to implement logic in Advanced and Matrix reports. Provide integration development using Cloud Connectors, Enterprise Interface Builders and Workday Studio development. Develop and configure integrations using workday delivered core connectors by defining integration attributes, integrations fields, integration maps and field overrides. Develop and customize inbound and outbound integrations for custom business scenarios by retrieving, transforming, and delivering necessary files using Enterprise Interface Builders. Work with workday delivered webservices of WSDL, REST APIs, SOAP APIs and integration IDs. Develop complex inbound and outbound integrations using Workday Studio in cases of custom business requirements making use of several studio entry, exit, mediation, route components. Develop custom XSLT and XTT documents to transform XML sheets to text, csv, or HTML formats. Customize Inbound/Outbound integrations using XSLT, XSLT Mappings and XML Mappings. Work with Enterprise Integration Builder (EIB), Inbound Outbound Integration, Packaged Integrations, Core Connectors, Workday Studio Integration, XSLT Transformations, Report Writer, Custom Reports, Advanced, Matrix, Composite and BIRT Reports, Custom & Calculated Fields, Prompts and Filters, Workday Business Objects Processes and Quality Assurance, Studio, Oxygen Xml Editor, Postman API, Soap UI. 40 hrs/wk. Must have Bachelor's Degree (3 or 4 year U.S. or foreign degree) in Computer Science, Electr Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, and five (5) years of experience in the proffered position, or as Workday Integration Consultant, Peoplesoft Developer, or related occupation. Must have 2 years experience designing, developing, and delivering complex Workday reports and integrations; Analyzing requirements and building frameworks to facilitate the implementation of Workday HCM systems; Performing gap analysis and developing solutions for migration issues; Creating workday reports; Working with WSDL, REST, SOAP APls, and Integration IDs, XSLT, XTT, XML. Must be willing to travel/relocate to unanticipated locations throughout the US on short notice for extended periods of time. Telecommuting permitted. Salary: $189,592 per year.
