Transportation Routing Specialist

Position Overview
We are currently seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) Routing Supervisor to join our Logistics team. This role is key in ensuring the optimization of our delivery routes and efficient fleet operations. The ideal candidate is experienced, organized, and proactive, with a strong understanding of routing systems and logistics management.
Key Responsibilities
- MUST HAVE EXPERIENCED WITH OMNITRACS (Road Anywhere) FOR DAILY ROUTE PLANNING
- ROUTING AND STRATEGIC PLANNING EXPIRIENCE. ABLE TO USE THE PLANING SOFTWARE WITHIN ROADNET ANYWHERE CALLED “STRATIGIC PLANNER”
- Oversee and manage daily routing of delivery trucks to ensure efficiency and on-time deliveries
- Use RoadNet or similar routing software to optimize delivery schedules
- Communicate effectively with drivers, warehouse, and customer service teams
- Monitor delivery performance and implement improvements where needed
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to routing and fleet performance
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in routing, logistics, or transportation supervision
- Hands-on experience with RoadNet or comparable routing software (required)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
