Office Services Clerk (Law Firm)

OFFICE SERVICES POSITION
PART TIME - (25 hours or less per week.) No benefits.
Hours: 12:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Duties:
- Filling copiers and periodically checking throughout the day
- Stocking paper cabinets around office and copy rooms
- Get daily U.S. mail and distribute
- Drop mail at post office and overnight mail boxes
- Handle office filing
- Copying projects
- Binding projects
- Local deliveries (walking distance & via car)
- Flexibility to help with occasional projects at other hours
Requirements:
- High school diploma
- Some IT knowledge
- Ability to move paper and file boxes (up to 50 pounds)
- Own car for local deliveries
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
