Private Family in Princeton, New Jersey Seeking a Full-Time Bilingual Nanny

Position: Full-Time Live-Out Nanny (with occasional live-in flexibility)
Schedule: Typically Monday–Friday, approximately 9am–5pm, with flexibility for schedule changes, travel, and occasional extended hours based on the family’s needs

A warm, professional family relocating from Miami to Princeton, New Jersey is seeking an experienced, bilingual nanny to become a long-term part of their growing household. The family has one preschool-aged son, who will begin Montessori school in the fall three mornings per week, and they are expecting a newborn shortly after their move. A baby nurse will be in place for the first few months with the newborn.

The family is looking for a polished, flexible, and highly reliable nanny who is fluent in both Spanish and English. Speaking Spanish with the children at all times is a non-negotiable requirement, as their son is already fluent in Spanish. The nanny should communicate with the parents in English while maintaining a Spanish-speaking environment for the children.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, developmentally focused care for both children
• Speak exclusively in Spanish with the children
• Support educational development through engaging, age-appropriate activities
• Assist with preschool drop-offs/pickups as needed
• Prepare healthy meals and snacks for the children
• Children’s laundry and organization
• Maintain children’s routines and schedules
• Travel with the family as needed, including trips to Florida
• Provide flexibility with scheduling changes and occasional extended coverage
• Work collaboratively with parents and newborn care providers
