What You’ll Do

• Greet customers, listen to their concerns, and write clear, accurate repair orders that technicians can trust.
• Communicate with customers throughout the repair process — updates, approvals, timelines, and expectations.
• Work closely with techs to ensure jobs are dispatched efficiently and completed correctly.
• Review multipoint inspections and present recommended services with transparency and confidence.
• Maintain strong CSI scores by delivering a smooth, professional service experience.
• Help manage workflow, parts coordination, and daily service lane operations.
• Close out repair orders with accuracy, clarity, and zero surprises for the customer.

What You Bring

• Experience as a Service Writer, Advisor, or similar dealership role.
• Strong communication skills — you can talk to anyone and keep things moving.
• Ability to juggle multiple customers, techs, and repair orders without losing your cool.
• Solid understanding of automotive systems and recommended maintenance.
