Dental Case Intake Specialist (Remote, U.S. Hours)

Pay: 6 to 7 USD per hour

Hours: 7 PM EST to 2 AM EST

Location: Remote (Philippines, India, Vietnam, Egypt)

**About the Role**

We are seeking a Dental Case Intake Specialist with strong clinical or dental office experience. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, as you will be reviewing case information and entering data into our internal tracker. You will confirm tooth numbers, materials, shades, margins, due dates, and other essential case details. You will also assist with remake coordination, basic case reviews, and eventually help monitor automated tools as they are introduced.

**Responsibilities**

* Review new cases including digital scans, RX forms, and dentist notes
* Enter case information into our tracking system with precision
* Ensure all required data is present such as tooth numbers, materials, shade, bite, and opposing
* Flag missing or unclear details and coordinate internal follow up
* Assist in coordinating and tracking remakes with labs and account managers
* Verify case naming conventions and formatting for consistency

**Requirements**

* Strong dental knowledge from experience as a dentist, dental assistant, hygienist, or dental office staff
* Fluent in spoken and written English
* Excellent attention to detail
* Strong proficiency with digital tools such as Google Drive and Airtable
* Willingness to work U.S. hours
* Availability to work weekends when needed
