Experienced & Master Technician Signing Bonus — Up to $10,000!

Payout Schedule:

• Day 1: $2,500
• 90 Days: $2,500
• 6 Months: $2,500
• 12 Months: $2,500

• Up to $50/hour flat rate , based on certification and experience

• Certified Ford or Lincoln Technicians (all levels encouraged to apply)
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills
• Committed to quality work, efficiency, and getting it right the first time
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
• Desire to learn and grow with a fast-moving dealership

• Valid driver’s license
• Ford/Lincoln certification
• Efficiency, quality, and fixed-first-visit performance stats (preferred)
• Organized and detail-oriented
