- Drive & Exceed Sales – Sell memberships, prevent cancellations, upsell services, recommend products, and coach your team to do the same.
- Coach Spa Consultants on our 5-step sales method
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure guest satisfaction
- Assist with staff scheduling and provide coverage when needed
- Support payroll processing as required
- Enforce company policies and processes to boost service and sales performance
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and industry best practices
- Contribute to achieving financial goals through smart scheduling and purchasing
- Maintain spa cleanliness and equipment upkeep (including re-lamping)
- Oversee opening and closing procedures with proper staffing
- Manage inventory, restocking, and supply orders
- Support marketing and promotional initiatives
- Represent the Soleil Tans brand in all guest and employee interactions
- Attend leadership and company meetings
- Minimum 2 years of proven sales/retail experience
- Availability of at least 20 hours per week, including weekends
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Self-motivated, hands-on, and willing to do what it takes to succeed
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Applications
