Responsibilities:
• Prepare and manage legal documents with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
• Handle e-filing processes efficiently for various legal cases and transactions.
• Support attorneys with commercial litigation and corporate transaction tasks.
• Maintain organized filing systems for legal documents and correspondence.
• Conduct research and compile relevant information for case preparations.
• Assist in drafting and proofreading contracts and other legal materials.
• Coordinate schedules and deadlines to ensure timely submission of filings.
• Communicate effectively with clients, courts, and other parties as needed.
• Ensure adherence to legal protocols and confidentiality standards.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a law office or legal assistant role.• Proficiency in e-filing systems and processes.
• Familiarity with commercial litigation and corporate transactions.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a flexible schedule.
• High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
• Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures.
