Maintenance Technician

Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Location: Greenwich Township, NJ
Type: Contract To Hire
Compensation: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour
Work Model: Onsite – onsite
Hours: 7AM-4PM
Availability: ASAP

Responsibilities

• Perform basic repairs on doors, windows, trim, minor electrical, and plumbing components.
• Work with modular buildings powered by 120/208V single phase with 60A-150A breakers.
• Basic carpentry tasks and assembling items such as furniture.
• Follow all safety regulations and participate actively in safety culture.
• Maintain accurate documentation through Triumph's Work Order System for unit make-ready, material requests, and related applications.
• Operate company vehicles safely and courteously.
• Use hand and power tools comfortably; forklift experience is a plus.

• 1+ years of experience relevant to maintenance and repair tasks.
• Ability to work scheduled hours with some flexibility due to site requirements.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and basic carpentry skills.
• Commitment to safety and compliance standards.
• Experience operating company vehicles and familiarity with hand & power tools.
• Travel up to 30% may be required.
