Job Description
We are seeking an Electrical Estimator to join our team! You will be responsible for providing product and service information and selling contracts to customers, along with providing a plan-of-action for the installers to follow.
Responsibilities:- Perform in-person estimates
- Perform online and over-the-phone estimates
- Provide information about the products and services
- Convert estimates to approved sales through follow-up calls
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Draft summarized plan of action for approved estimates
- Expand our customer base through new interactions and referrals
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Must have prior experience with electrical work
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
