If you’re not afraid to think differently and challenge the status quo, come and be a part of a dedicated team that’s investing in your future by shaping tomorrow today.· Work with internal teams to help research and resolve cash and position reconciliation breaks**Requirements:**· 4-7 years of experience in Financial Services· Experience with Residential Mortgage Loans, Private Credit, Restructures/Special Situations, Bond or Bank Loan Operations· Experience interpreting Credit Agreements and Purchase Agreements· Intermediate or Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite· Ability to work alone and in a team environment, adaptability is key· Strong, independent problem solving and critical thinking abilities· Strong work ethic, honesty and integrity, as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills· Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a deadline driven environment· Strong knowledge of global trade lifecycle and industry technology (DTCC, CTM, Swift, Bloomberg)· Experience working with Transfer Agents a plus· Experience settling Delayed Draw Term Loans (DDTL) and Revolvers and instructing/settling DWAC, DRS, FOP, and physical bonds or equities a plus· Experience with Aladdin/Aladdin Loan Manager and WSO (or other loan servicing platforms) a plus**Note**: Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The annual base salary range for this role is from $115,000 to $130,000. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. This role is also eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits including a competitive, discretionary annual cash bonus opportunity along with long term incentive awards.
