Key Responsibilities

Recommended Qualifications

• 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven leadership and team management skills including coaching and development.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes production planning quality control and safety protocols.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to optimize production and resolve issues.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with teams and management.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proficiency with manufacturing ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle).
• Bilingual proficiency especially in Spanish.
• Relevant technical certifications or advanced safety training (e.g. OSHA 30).
• Proven experience in training and mentoring production staff.
