Work Location: Jersey City, NJ

Job Description:

5-8 years experience as a scrum master
4+ years as a scrum master for multiple teams
Experience with Agile delivery tools such as JIRA, SharePoint, WIKI, ALM for requirements and SDLC, knowledge sharing and documentation of requirements, and issue tracking
Experience leading agile development teams comprised of developers, analysts, product owners, testers
Hands on knowledge of the agile process and ceremonies including iteration planning, sprint planning, daily scrum meetings, PI planning sessions, retrospectives etc.
Demonstrable experience guiding and coach multiple teams on Scrum practices and the development of their understanding of Agile principles.

Mandatory Skills: Agile-Scrum .

Experience: 5-8 Years .

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
