• Raise the Bar: Manage our beverage program, from curating drink menus to training bartenders on execution and speed.
• Deliver Hospitality Excellence: Ensure every guest leaves raving about their experience—warm welcomes, fast service, and real connections.
• Build & Train a Rockstar Team: Hire, develop, and inspire your crew to deliver top-tier hospitality every single shift.
• Drive Sales & Profits: Optimize service strategies, upselling techniques, and bar efficiency to maximize revenue.
• Keep It Tight: Maintain top-notch cleanliness, organization, and compliance with all health and safety regulations.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of leadership experience in a high-energy, full-service restaurant and bar.
• A deep understanding of service excellence, bar operations, and hospitality trends.
• A true people person with the ability to motivate and lead a team to greatness.
• Proven track record of driving sales and managing costs while delivering a world-class guest experience.
• Ability to stay cool under pressure, making smart decisions in fast-paced environments.
