Join Us as a Residential Service Plumbing Technician

From the first knock, you listen, diagnose, and craft tailored solutions — whether it’s an urgent leak, a stubborn drain, or a home suddenly without hot water. You set the tone for service excellence and close the loop with thoughtful follow-up.
What you'll handle- Diagnose issues such as leaks, clogged drains, no water/no hot water, and low water pressure.
- Repair or replace pipes, faucets, water heaters, sump pumps, disposals, drain lines, and shower valves.
- Install water treatment systems and run gas piping with precision.
- Guide customers to the right options, highlighting warranties, our years in business, service quality, and available financing.
- Follow up on open estimates, provide added detail, and convert opportunities into approved work.
- Lead by example in the field to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Keep your company vehicle organized, clean, and stocked so every call is efficient.
- At least 5 years of residential service plumbing experience.
- A respectful, positive approach with customers and their homes — honoring their time and space.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing equipment and systems.
- Curiosity and drive to keep learning and growing.
- A clean driving record.
- Flexibility to work late when a job requires completion.
- Plumbing expertise from diagnostic to final fix.
- High-level maintenance and repair skills.
