Launch your professional driving career with 10-4 Logistics USA. We are actively seeking recent CDL school graduates to join our fully paid Truck Driver Training Program. Our small, focused operations team is dedicated to providing recent graduates with a structured pathway to develop a lucrative, professional driving career.
You will receive expert mentorship, learn to navigate routes strictly East of I-35, and automatically transition to a highly compensated independent assignment upon successful completion.
The Training Program & Benefits:
Paid Training: 3 to 5-week comprehensive training program covering safe tractor-trailer operation, compliant ELD use, and company procedures.

Equipment: Train and eventually operate assigned 2024–2025 Freightliner or Kenworth tractors.
Pay: Rapid transition to our standard pay scale ($1,450 to $1,700 weekly) upon competency assessment completion.

Primary Responsibilities:
Complete all phases of supervised training and competency assessments.
Master the safe operation of a Class A vehicle in compliance with DOT regulations.
Learn to manage 100% no-touch dry van freight (70% drop-and-hook) across the Eastern U.S.
Perform and document daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
Qualifications
Valid Class A CDL.
Recent CDL school graduate who has completed a minimum of 120 hours of instruction .
Satisfactory driving record demonstrating a commitment to safety.
Ability to pass a DOT physical, pre-employment drug screen, and FMCSA Clearinghouse query.
Must hold a valid digital Medical Examiner's Certificate (MEC).
