Position Overview:

At Brivado Cigars, our staff are more than servers — they are hosts, guides, and ambassadors of a refined lifestyle. The Cigar Lounge Attendant curates a sophisticated guest experience by providing exceptional service, product knowledge, and attention to detail. This role combines elements of server, barista, sales associate, and lifestyle model — ensuring each guest feels welcomed, catered to, and immersed in the Brivado experience.

• Key Responsibilities

  1. Cigar Service & Knowledge

     1. Cut and light cigars for guests with proper etiquette.

     2. Provide guidance on cigar selection based on guest preferences.

     3. Educate guests on pairings between cigars, spirits, coffee, and soft drinks.

     4. Staying up to date and knowledgeable on current inventory.

• Beverage & Service Duties

  1. Uncork/open bottles and select appropriate glassware.

  2. Prepare and serve coffee and soft drinks.

  3. Set trays, glasses, and service items with precision.

  4. Maintain awareness of product offerings at all times.

• Guest Hospitality

  1. Provide attentive, professional, and discreet table service.

  2. Model Brivado’s elevated aesthetic and serve as a brand ambassador in appearance and demeanor.

  3. Foster an inviting environment that encourages sales, return visits, and membership growth.

• Lounge Cleaning & Maintenance

  1. Change ashtrays promptly and discreetly.

  2. Keep bar and lounge areas clean, organized, and polished.

  3. Sweep, mop, and clean glassware to maintain Brivado’s elevated standards.

  4. Ensure bathroom is always clean and stocked

Requirements

• Prior experience in hospitality, barista, bartending, or cigar service preferred.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work in a cigar-smoking environment.

• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and events.

• Professional, well-groomed appearance that aligns with Brivado’s luxury brand.
