Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – PRN
Southgate at Autumn Lake
Carneys Point, NJ
$35-40/hour
Ultimate Therapy is hiring a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehabilitation team within a skilled nursing facility. This role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to support residents working toward greater independence and functional mobility.
Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of the Occupational Therapist
- Assist residents with therapeutic activities focused on self-care, coordination, and mobility
- Reinforce adaptive techniques and equipment use during treatment sessions
- Monitor resident participation and communicate updates to the OT
- Maintain accurate documentation and treatment records
Qualifications:
- Active COTA license required
- Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
