Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to leadership, including scheduling, coordinating meetings, and preparing materials.
- Manage calendars, travel logistics, and communications to ensure priorities stay on track.
- Prepare reports, agendas, and correspondence; record and distribute meeting notes.
- Manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Organize company meetings, events, and team activities.
- Maintain organized records, files, and documentation for easy access and accuracy.
- Monitor deadlines, follow up on action items, and assist with special projects as needed.
- Contribute to an efficient, positive office environment by coordinating daily operational needs.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of experience providing senior-level administrative support, preferably in a corporate or professional setting.
- Demonstrated ability to anticipate needs, solve problems, and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); CRM experience a plus.
- Typing speed of at least 50 WPM (will be verified by a typing test).
- Professional, approachable demeanor and sound judgment.
- Experience managing projects or coordinating cross-department efforts is an advantage.
