Distribution Center Inventory & Fulfillment Specialist
About the Role
Compensation: $19.00 – $21.00 per hour
Schedule: Second Shift, 3:30pm – 12:30am
A Shift in Your Day
At 3:30pm you gear up for a high-energy evening that keeps our warehouse moving. You’ll begin by receiving and counting incoming daily freight, recording each item accurately in the computer system. Next, you’ll locate inventory, verify counts, and store products on racks, bins, or shelves, following a predetermined sequence or product code so everything is easy to find later.
As orders come in, you’ll assemble customer orders from stock, build solid pallets, and move them to the packing station. You’ll review and respond to operational queues promptly, resolve discrepancies related to freight claims, and process returns so they’re inspected and re-entered correctly. Throughout the shift, you’ll complete daily cycle counts and update product maintenance locations to keep inventory data precise.
When trucks arrive, you’ll load or unload merchandise safely and efficiently, driving Company equipment professionally at all times. You’ll also help with warehouse upkeep—cleaning, sweeping, and removing trash—to ensure sanitation and safety codes are consistently met. By 12:30am, you’ve kept shipments on schedule and inventory accurate.
