Global Marketing Associate (Associate ~ Assistant Manager Level)

About the Role

A global medical and healthcare technology company is seeking multiple professionals (4 openings) to join a newly established Global Marketing Division.

You will be part of a newly created team responsible for driving global initiatives, supporting strategic projects, and executing business and marketing programs across international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Support execution of global marketing and business initiatives

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, sales, and operations

• Conduct market and competitive research to support strategic decision-making

• Assist in planning and executing global campaigns and programs

• Work closely with international stakeholders to align business objectives

• Prepare reports, presentations, and business insights for leadership teams

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of professional corporate or office-based experience (Associate to Assistant Manager level)

• Strong Korean language proficiency (Required)

• Bachelor’s degree from a U.S. university (Required)

• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment
