Business Analyst / Inside Sales Manager (all genders)
Your mission
- Data Analytics : Analyze subscription data bases, various intelligence tools, product lists, and market trends, to identify opportunities for growth.
- Excel Proficiency : Utilize advanced Excel functions to create reports, dashboards, and models that support sales strategies and business decisions.
- Data Mining : Extract and analyze large datasets to uncover insights and trends that drive sales performance.
- Sales Management : Develop and implement inside sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Customer Relationship Management : Cross train on all customer service and data entry tasks, maintain CRM, and provide exceptional customer service to select accounts.
- Market Research : Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Reporting : Prepare and present regular reports and business insights to senior management.
- Collaboration : This in-office function works closely with the sales team, marketing department, and other stakeholders to align strategies and achieve business objectives.
Your profile
- Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience in a business analyst, customer service, or inside sales role, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Technical Skills :
- Must love data and data analytics, as this is the core job function.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, and complex formulas.
- Experience with data mining tools and techniques.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools.
- Analytical Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data and insights clearly and effectively.
- Interpersonal Skills : Strong customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Industry Knowledge : Ideally, knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, including market trends, regulatory requirements, and key intelligence tools (IPD, IQVIA, Orange Book, DMF listing, etc.)
