Community Resource Specialist performing intakes of clients contacting the organization for help with financial, homelessness, housing, health and welfare needs and connecting them with the appropriate resources.
Requirements:
Able to type when interviewing the client, have good knowledge of excel and Microsoft office, as well as compofrtable with learning new databases.
Reliable transportation, even in inclement weather
Vaccination
Communication and Customer Service skills
Able to work evenings and weekends a plus
