Senior Transition Consultant
Part-Time | Parsippany, NJ Area

Caring Transitions of Parsippany is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Senior Transition Consultant to help expand our presence across the Parsippany area and surrounding communities.
This role combines community relationship building, client consultation, and business development to help families navigate important life transitions. You will build connections with local senior living communities, realtors specializing in downsizing, estate attorneys, and other professionals who support seniors and their families.
You will also meet directly with prospective clients and family members to explain our services and guide them through their options in a consultative and compassionate way. These conversations help inform customized service proposals for families navigating downsizing, relocation, estate cleanouts, and online estate sales.
Every day in this role is different. One day you may be networking with a local realtor or senior community director, and the next you may be meeting with a family to discuss how we can help them prepare for a move or manage an estate.
This position starts as a flexible part-time role , with the potential to expand into a full-time opportunity for the right candidate as the business continues to grow. You will be joining a young and growing company with strong momentum in the local market and meaningful opportunities to grow alongside the business.

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with senior living communities, senior-focused realtors, estate attorneys, and other local referral partners.
Conduct in-person outreach and networking within a 15-mile radius of Parsippany to develop new business opportunities.
Meet with prospective clients and family members to explain Caring Transitions services and understand their needs in a consultative way.
Gather information during consultations that will support the development of customized service proposals.
Promote services including downsizing support, relocation assistance, estate cleanouts, and online estate sales.
Attend local networking meetings, community events, and professional gatherings to increase brand awareness.
Leverage social media and local networking groups to help promote the brand and expand community awareness.
Track outreach activity and opportunities while contributing to monthly growth goals.

Interest in leveraging social media and local groups to support brand awareness.
Previous sales, business development, or client services experience preferred.
Experience working with senior living communities, real estate, or estate services is a plus.
