- Geographic Location: Roseland, NJ (4 days a week commute for at least the first 90-day probationary period)

- Compensation: (Annual) $170,000.00 to $225,000.00
- Primary Practice Area: Commercial / Complex Litigation

2. Key Responsibilities
This position entails comprehensive management of litigation matters from commencement to conclusion.
- Case Management: Oversee all aspects of litigation proceedings, from inception through final resolution.
- Written Advocacy: Author and argue motions, pleadings, briefs, and discovery documents, including requests and responses.
- Oral Advocacy: Conduct and defend depositions.
- Court & Hearing Appearances: Represent clients in judicial, arbitration, and administrative forums.
- Strategic Development: Formulate and execute litigation and defense strategies for multiple, concurrent cases.
3. Candidate Profile: Required and Desired Qualifications
Core Requirements
- Experience: A minimum of seven years of legal experience.
- Bar Admission: Must be an active member in good standing of the New Jersey Bar.
- Skills:
- Demonstrated experience in taking and defending depositions.
- Verifiable first or second-chair trial experience.
- Education: A Juris Doctor degree from an accredited institution of legal education.
Preferred Qualifications
- Specialization: Direct experience within healthcare litigation and/or employment litigation.
- Bar Admission: Admission to the New York Bar or a commitment to obtain admission.
