Associate Attorney, (medical malpractice & mass tort)

Role Description
- This is a full-time, on-site Associate Attorney role located in Roseland, NJ .
- Attorneys are entitled to work one day per week remotely if they choose.
- The attorney hired will be responsible for working on high-value personal injury , medical malpractice , and mass tort matters.
- The attorney will maintain their own caseload consisting of small to medium-sized cases while also assisting on larger matters .
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of litigation experience.
- Strong legal research and writing skills, including drafting, Pleadings ,Legal briefs, Other legal documents.
- Strong analytical , organizational , and case management abilities.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced , team-oriented environment.
