Lead

Akkodis is seeking a Lead for a Contract with a client in Raritan, NJ. The ideal candidate brings essential expertise in SAP cutover processes while developing end‑to‑end cutover plans and coordinating cross‑functional readiness and execution activities.

Rate Range: $49/hour to $64/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Lead job responsibilities include:

• Develop, manage, and maintain the end‑to‑end cutover plan, including detailed activities, timelines, dependencies, and resource assignments across business and technical teams.

• Coordinate all cutover activities—technical cutover, dress rehearsals, mock cycles, and conversion tasks—ensuring alignment with program objectives and go‑live timelines.

• Conduct readiness assessments, validate prerequisites, and proactively identify cross‑functional issues to minimize risks and disruptions during transition.

• Communicate cutover progress, risks, and resolutions to stakeholders while adjusting schedules and plans as needed based on program increment updates.

• Collaborate with SAP, data, infrastructure, and release management teams to ensure all cutover requirements, system preparations, and validation steps are completed.

• Oversee post‑cutover stabilization activities, ensuring system integrity, user support, and successful transition into steady‑state operations.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

• 6–8 years of experience managing cutover activities within large‑scale SAP or enterprise system implementations.

• Deep client‑required expertise in SAP cutover processes, including technical cutover planning, mock cycles, dress rehearsals, and readiness assessments.

• Proven ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage risks, and ensure successful go‑live transitions with minimal business disruption.

Pay Details: $49.00 to $64.00 per hour
