Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Part-Time Overnight
Location: Jackson, NJ
Pay: $18.76 / $19.76 wknd/hr.

Shift: Thursday 11pm - 9am; Friday & Saturday 11pm - 7am

Position Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Part-Time Overnight Direct Support Specialists (DSPs) in Jackson, NJ. In this role, you will provide hands-on support, guidance, and mentorship to men with disabilities in a residential setting.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily living skills: cooking, housekeeping, budgeting, shopping, and maintaining healthy routines

• Provide support with hygiene, personal care, and basic medical needs

• Encourage social skills, coping strategies, and community engagement

• Mentor residents in building friendships and fostering independence

• Maintain a safe, supportive, and structured environment

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license

• 18 years or older

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Consent to state and federal criminal background checks

• Drug screen, pre-employment physical, and PPD

• Completion of all required orientation and pre-service training
