This resource would be slated to begin May 01, 2026 (assuming we find one in time) and will end on September 30, 2026 with the option to renew for an additional period of time.

Responsibilities:

1. Troubleshooting and Maintenance:
2. 1. Diagnose and resolve technical issues with AV systems, including hardware and software.
   2. Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and repairs to ensure optimal system performance.
   3. Identify and replace faulty components or equipment.
3. System Integration:
4. 1. Integrate AV systems with network infrastructure, control systems (e.g., Crestron, AMX), and other technologies.
   2. Program and configure control systems and automation platforms to meet client specifications.
5. Documentation:
6. 1. Create and maintain detailed system documentation, including schematics, configurations, and user guides.
   2. Maintain service records and logs for all completed projects.
7. Training and Development:
8. 1. Provide training, mentoring, and guidance to other field services team members.
   2. Share knowledge about best practices, new technologies, and troubleshooting techniques
