Job Title: Cell & Gene Therapy Associate Job Description

Assist in clean room qualification by helping to burden clean rooms for testing. Run supplies and materials as needed for clean room operation and processing. Aseptic gowning is necessary to enter the clean room to help with qualification. Work within manufacturing to help process cells and samples, including processing cultures, cryopreserving, and manipulating cell products using aseptic techniques. Previous experience with GMP practices and following SOPs is essential. The role involves working in a cellular facility.

• Assist in clean room qualification and testing.
• Run and manage supplies and materials for clean room operations.
• Perform aseptic gowning for clean room entry.
• Process cells and samples within manufacturing.
• Apply aseptic techniques for culture processing and cell product manipulation.
• Follow GMP practices and SOPs.
• Support cellular facility operations.

• Experience in aseptic operation, pharmaceutical, and laboratory settings.
• Previous experience in a biology lab, either academic or industry.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous lab gowning experience.

• Bachelor's degree within the sciences is preferred.
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in biology or related scientific field is a plus.
• Experience in cell-based biology labs.
• Aseptic technique experience.
• Ability to effectively communicate within a team environment.
• Experience with stem cell preparation, cell/tissue culture, batch records, cell expansions, volume reductions, depletions, and enrichments.
• Clinical trial support experience.

The position involves working in clinical manufacturing labs within a clean room environment. The role requires flexibility in shift scheduling, with training shifts from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4 pm. After training, the work schedule will transition to Thursday-Friday and Sunday-Monday, consisting of four ten-hour shifts. Candidates must be flexible and open to working both 1st and 2nd shifts, including weekends. The work involves collaboration within a large team of operators, receiving extensive training from managers and team members. The role offers growth potential with a positive attitude and performance.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Parsippany-Troy Hills, NJ.

The pay range for this position is $29.78 - $29.78/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Parsippany-Troy Hills,NJ.
