Supreme Modular is looking to hire an Executive Administrative Assistant- Front Desk.

The Position :
We’re looking for an administrative assistant / front desk professional to be part of our team.

• Hours (2 Potential Work Hour Shift Options depending on candidate)
• Choose 1 Option Below
  • Option 1: Tuesday - (1:00 pm - 8:00 pm), Saturday (10:00 am - 4:00 pm), Monday - Wednesday-Thursday (9am - 4pm). OFF Sunday & Monday
  • Option 2: Tuesday - Friday (9:00 am - 6:00 pm), Saturday (10:00 am - 4:00 pm), Off Sunday and Monday
• **Hours may be expanded in the near future.

Requirements:

• Microsoft Office Skills a must.
• Proficient in typing.
• Good writing, analytical and problem‐solving skills.
• Knowledge of principles and practices of organization, planning, records management, and general administration.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of client, staff, and agency information.
• Assist the team with various project tasks, such as customer communication, scheduling and limited project management.
• Interact with clients, vendors, and visitors.
• Answer telephones and transfer to an appropriate staff member.
• Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries.
• Perform general clerical duties to include, not limited to, copying, faxing, mailing, filing.
