Embedded Software Engineer

We are seeking a relationship-oriented and numbers driven Embedded Software Engineer to join our growing team.

• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude
• Excellent communicator – both verbally and in writing
• Highly motivated to effectively meet the requirements
• Independent worker who can carry out assignments to completion and accurately follow instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices

Qualifications

• Degree in computer science or related field or equivalent work experience
• At least 2 years of experience with Linux, C, Bash
• Excellent computer proficiency
• In-depth understanding of networking
• Experience with embedded applications and toolchains
• Experience with embedded microcontrollers
• Software debugging skills
• Perl and Python experience is a plus
• Experience with communications protocols is a plus
