Key Responsibilities

• Optimize existing manufacturing processes for efficiency cost reduction and quality improvement.
• Troubleshoot and resolve process-related production issues and deviations.
• Design develop and implement new manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Analyze process data and metrics to identify trends root causes and areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation including SOPs and work instructions.
• Ensure processes comply with safety environmental and quality standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with R&D production and quality teams on process enhancements and new product introductions.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Mechanical Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in Lean manufacturing Six Sigma or other process optimization methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze process data troubleshoot issues and implement solutions.
• Strong understanding of process control systems instrumentation and safety protocols.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g. Python R SQL Power BI)
• Experience with MES ERP or advanced process simulation software
• Project management certification (e.g. PMP CAPM)
