JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a motivated Manufacturing Engineer I to support production operations in a hands-on, fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role works closely with senior engineers and operations teams to improve processes, resolve quality issues, and ensure efficient, compliant manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily manufacturing operations and assist in resolving non-conformances and quality issues (CAPA, documentation).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Quality, Engineering) to improve process efficiency and product quality.
• Interpret engineering drawings and apply GD&T principles for manufacturing and inspection.
• Assist in developing and maintaining documentation including SOPs, work instructions, and engineering changes.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and statistical tools.
• Provide on-floor support for assembly and manufacturing processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related).
• 1–2 years of relevant experience (internships/co-ops acceptable).
• Knowledge of GD&T, CAD tools (SolidWorks preferred), and basic statistical methods.
• Familiarity with quality systems and Lean manufacturing principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP knowledge is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to work hands-on in a manufacturing environment.
